During the panel discussion the representatives of «DataArt», «Eleks», «SoftServe» and Cornell University expressed their visions and opinions on the situation in IT-sphere in Ukraine, directions and format of cooperation between business companies, features and advantages of Ukraine over the other countries, problems and prospects of the industry. Speakers confirmed that despite the military conflict in Ukraine, the US investors have a significant interest in the Ukrainian IT-startups and this area in general. Experts emphasized the importance of creating transparent, clear and understood conditions of regulating of Ukrainian IT market by the Government and improving the investment climate in Ukraine.
