Welcoming remarks by Consul General Oleksii Holubov and Ms. Ayla Bakkalli, representative of the Mejlis of Crimean Tatar People in New York were followed by the spectacular dances and beautiful songs performed by Crimean Tatar children in traditional costumes. 

The celebration ended with handing over new Ukrainian passports to young Crimean Tatar performers - citizens of Ukraine, just received by the Consulate General.
