For foreigners from countries with visa entry procedures for obtaining a visa application should contact the embassy or consular offices of Ukraine abroad.

Foreigners from countries with visa-free entry procedures may be in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol Ukraine only if crossing the border at border crossing points across the state border of Ukraine with putting notes in the relevant passport documents or immigration card.

Failure to foreigners and persons without citizenship legislation of Ukraine at the time of entry and residence in the territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol shall entail liability under the laws of Ukraine, and may result in the imposition of international sanctions against them as individuals who support temporary occupation of the territory of Ukraine.
